工作原理 Operating principle

真空熱水鍋爐是利用水在不同的壓力下，沸騰溫度不同的特性進(jìn)行工作的。例如：在一個(gè)大氣壓下，水的沸點(diǎn)是100℃，而在6mmHg的壓力下，水的沸騰溫度則是4℃。真空熱水鍋爐則是在20mmHg－500mmHg的壓力范圍內(nèi)工作的，對(duì)應(yīng)的出水溫度為15℃～85℃。在此工作壓力下，燃燒使熱媒水溫度上升至飽和溫度，并在水面產(chǎn)生相同的蒸汽。此時(shí)向熱交換器（供熱水或采暖）內(nèi)通冷水，管內(nèi)的冷水被管外的蒸汽加熱成溫水并通至用戶處，而管外的水蒸汽則被冷卻凝結(jié)成水滴滴回水面再被加熱，從而完成整個(gè)循環(huán)過(guò)程。Vacuum hot water boiler works according to features under different pressures and different boiling temperatures.
